The room is quite small for two people, especially with luggage. We struggled to move around with our bags and felt cramped during our stay. Also, the hotel has a limited guest lounge access, which was frustrating since we didn't know about it beforehand.

Great location right next to the metro station made getting around the city super easy. The room, though small, was clean and organized. Housekeeping maintained a high standard. Had access to complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge, which was a nice touch. Staff offered to help with luggage transfers, making my travel smoother. On the downside, the washing machines were inadequate—only three for the whole hotel which led to long waits to do laundry and unmet needs for drying. Additionally, the TV in the room lacked smart features, limiting entertainment options after a long day out. Would definitely recommend for its convenience but be prepared for tight quarters and potential laundry hassles.

A bakery at your doorstep
The bakery on the ground floor was a delightful surprise! We indulged in pastries every morning, and the friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The breakfast buffet was varied, featuring both Western and traditional Japanese dishes.
However, the room felt a bit cramped for two people with our luggage. The air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool during warmer evenings, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times.

I really appreciated the amazing selection of personal care amenities available at reception and how the breakfast spread had a lot of delicious options to choose from. My only negative was that the room was smaller than expected, which made moving around a bit tricky, especially for my family. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Had an awesome time here with friends! The location was perfect for getting to the aquarium and Universal Studios. The staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast options were great, too, and we loved the easy access to nearby stores for snacks and other necessities.
Just a heads up, the rooms felt a bit cramped for all of us with our bags, so pack light if you can.
